eduard escoffet
(barcelona)
poet: sound poetry, visual poetry, textual poetry, performance.
he is an outstanding representative of the young generation of catalan poets. influences: medieval literature, avant-garde literature, textualism, sound poetry, polipoetry. he is not interested in publishing books: he makes vindication of orality and he also argues ecological reasons. he works with voice, computer, projections.
nowadays, he is often performing as a sound poet abroad and is an important organizer in sound poetry and action poetry events in spain.
